1.  General Information

  • This document provides general information related to courses in providing Master program, specifying in Law.
  • This policy applies to students who have got Bachelor degrees, Master degree, and equivalent certification.
  • Students who have bachelor degree is compulsory to join full program of the master degree
  • Students who have Master degree or equivalent degree can join the courses starting from semester 2 of the program.

2. Required time and ECTS

  • This program is based on ECTS, which requires 60 credits within the program. Each course will be divided into 2 parts including On-class base and Self-studies.
  • On-class is based on on-ground lessons with direct communication between professors and students in classes, as well as, field trips, topics direct discussion.
  • Self-studies is based on self-research, individual study, and group-work with specific given topics, indirect communication will be involved between professors and students.
  • Each ECTS is approximately to 7.5 hours, that is, for example, in the courses with 6 ECTS that is 6×7.5= 45 hours in a total including on-ground lessons and individual studies, self-studies, or group-work.
  • The allocation credits should be included:
    • Self-studies: 176.25 hrs (40% of the total program)
    • On-class: 273.75 hrs (60% of the total program)
    • Course program is including 3 terms with 4 months each, including both on-ground lessons and self-individual.

3. Documents upon completion: Master of Law Diploma

MASTER OF LAW STRUCTURE AND SCHEDULE

NOTE: In semester 1, specially for the first 3 weeks while students are studying in Russia, they need to be introduced about the overview of 5 subjects.
In-depth tutorials on a few topics and IIBN prof will give tasks to them

A. Tuition Fee after the receipt of the request

Payment period: 2 times (at the beginning and after 5 months)

B. Extra cost (9 weeks spending in Russia)
These costs include (for student standard):

  1. Hotel fees
  2. Travel expenses (pick up from the airport, pick up from hotel to school and vice versa)
  3. Meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)

Payment period: 3 times before each trip based on the number of students will go

Seminar 4 This Interdisciplinary Seminar is focused on preparation for Doctor of Law dissertaion (thesis) work
Students choose a topic for dissertaion (thesis) work
Dissertaion (thesis) defense
1. The design of the program will be 4 seminars and 1 dissertation (thesis) defense.
After each seminar, students should do a respective research work.
